Job Overview

Salesforce is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Singapore. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and identify new business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region
  2. Develop strategic plans to pursue these opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  3. Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives to promote Salesforce solutions
  4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Inside Sales experience within IT, with a focus on new business development, cold calling, and planning/strategy
  • An excellent track record selling to the Taiwan market
  • Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A 'get it done' attitude and ability to prioritize tasks to drive results
