Executive (Sales / Business Development)

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive (Sales / Business Development) to join our team at JUMPING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate contracts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets, analyze market trends, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products, and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage corporate events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns to achieve business growth targets.
- Financial Management: Manage client invoices, track sales performance, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth targets, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Education: Minimum Degree or Diploma in relevant disciplines.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar sectors.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and responsibility skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Leadership: Excellent team player with strong leadership and responsibility skills.
- Customer Orientation: Commit to exceeding both internal and external clients' needs, proactively identify clients' needs, and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organization.
- Adaptability: Strong team player who is resourceful, adaptable, and able to perform multitasks under a given timeline.
- Good Organizational and Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
