Changi Airport Group is a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world's most awarded airports. As airport manager, CAG performs key functions including airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development, and airport emergency services.
CAG also manages Seletar Airport and takes Changi's presence beyond Singapore's shores through consultancy projects and investments in foreign airports.
About the Role:
We welcome applications from experienced contract managers to support our cost management functions and pre/post-contract administration for Changi East. You will work closely with project officers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Cost Estimating: Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests, and claims related to the project.
- Contract Administration: Provide contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.
- Cost Management: Collaborate with project officers to ensure effective cost management and control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building, or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years' experience in managing contracts of electrical and mechanical systems for buildings or specialized airport systems.
- Excellent understanding of good procurement strategies and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
What We Offer:
A competitive estimated salary range of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
