Job Description

We seek a seasoned Senior Contracts Specialist to join our Development Contracts and Cost Control team in Changi East. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting cost management functions and pre and post contract administration of contracts for Changi East. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.



About the Role

This is a 3-year contract position, and as Senior Contracts Specialist, you will work closely with Project Officers, consultants, including designers and quantity surveyors, on cost estimates and provide support in the construction funding process. You will also work closely with the Project Officers, providing them with contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders such as consultants and contractors.



Key Responsibilities


  • Budgeting & cost estimating for Changi East projects
  • Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests, and claims related to the project
  • Collaboration with Project Officers, consultants, including designers and quantity surveyors on cost estimates and construction funding process
  • Contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders


Requirements


  • Degree in Building, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' of relevant experience in contract management of large-scale building or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent understanding of good procurement strategies and practices
  • Previous experience in MOF DPC Gateway Process and management of consultants' works will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task effectively and a good team player


What We Offer

Changi Airport Group offers a competitive salary, ranging from SGD 120,000 to SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a comprehensive medical insurance plan, retirement scheme, and annual leave.
