Job Opportunity
We invite you to join our team as a Contract Manager for Changi East Development, a project that encompasses the future Terminal 5 at Changi Airport. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in supporting cost management functions and pre and post-contract administration of contracts for the project.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in budgeting and cost estimating, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests, and claims related to the project. You will work closely with Project Officers, consultants including designers and quantity surveyors on cost estimates and provide support in the construction funding process.
Requirements
- Degree in Building, Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8 years' experience in contract management of large-scale building or infrastructure projects; those with fewer years may be considered for a less senior position
- Excellent understanding of good procurement strategies and practices
- Previous experience in MOF DPC Gateway Process and management of consultants' works is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Able to multi-task effectively and a good team player
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 12,000 - 18,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a 3-year contract position.
