Procurement Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Manager to join our team at Changi Airport Group. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the divisions with their procurement transactions to ensure compliance and achieve operational efficiency.

Changi Airport Group is the manager of Singapore Changi Airport, a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world's most awarded airports. We perform key functions such as airport operations, air hub development, retail and commercial activities, infrastructure development, and airport emergency services.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting business stakeholders in the end-to-end procurement-to-payment process, including preparing and publishing tender/quotation documents, onboarding vendors to the eProcurement system, preparing contract documents, creating Purchase Orders (POs), and following up on outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement transactions to ensure compliance and achieve operational efficiency
- Prepare and publish tender/quotation documents

- Follow up on outstanding invoices
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a procurement role, with some experience in a compliance and governance role
- Good understanding of the procurement function and some accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms and in engaging and managing business stakeholders
- Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in systems such as SAP, electronic procurement systems
What We Offer
A three-year contract will be offered in the first instance. Estimated salary: SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary range takes into consideration the location, industry standards, and job requirements.
