Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Changi Digital Factory In this role, you will lead digital transformation efforts for CAG, driving commercial and operational digital applications and projects that revolutionize our business and elevate customer experience. Collaborating with like-minded professionals, you will reimagine how we serve connected customers and contribute to building innovative digital products for Changi.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop code based on design documentation for integration into desktop and mobile websites, as well as web applications.
  • You will ensure cross-browser and cross-platform concepts and concerns are understood.
  • You will execute test plans to guarantee code and design quality.
  • You will provide leadership perspective on front-end and back-end technologies and their impact on the creative process.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts.
  • You will adopt an agile approach: Develop, test, analyze, and iterate applications with end objectives and key results in mind.

Requirements

  • You should have 2-4 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in front-end and back-end development for consumer-facing applications, including websites and mobile devices.
  • You should be able to solve complex development problems and produce high-quality code while pushing the technical boundaries of online applications.
  • You should be proficient in one or more programming languages; we use Python and JavaScript.
  • You should have familiarity with AWS serverless components, e.g., development using DynamoDB, RDS, SNS, SQS, Cognito, S3, API Gateway, AppSync, Lambda with Python.
  • You should manage cloud resources with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform/AWS CDK.
  • You should develop and consume RESTful web APIs.
  • You should implement using GIT and work with continuous integration & deployment.
  • You should have knowledge in frontend frameworks such as React and Next.JS.
  • You should have knowledge in design frameworks such as Ant Design and Bootstrap.
  • Experience in building WeChat Mini Programs would be a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
