Digital Finance Automation Specialist

Changi Airport Group, a leading air hub in Asia and one of the world's most awarded airports, is seeking an experienced Digital Finance Automation Specialist to join its Digital Finance team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity enables you to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive transformational change within our finance processes. As a key member of our Digital Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, solution design, and implementation of automation initiatives that include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), app development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. A deep appreciation of finance processes and compliance with audit requirements is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft offerings and UiPath is also a distinct advantage.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business processes and current & anticipated outcomes;
- Translate business requirements into workable technical specifications while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability;
- Assist in defining test scenarios based on requirements and work with developers and business users to ensure thorough testing;
- Propose immediate response actions to mitigate potential risks or delays to project;
- Prepare and present business cases as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Business Systems, or Finance disciplines;
- At least 3 years of experience in leading solution design and project management of automation projects, with experience in AI projects being a distinct advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think out of the box;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders;
- Familiarity with Microsoft offerings and UiPath is a distinct advantage.
Estimated Salary Range: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
