Job Description:

CAG Finance is embarking on a transformative journey to revolutionize its processes and job roles. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Business Process Automation Analyst to join our Digital Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, solution design, and implementation of automation initiatives, encompassing Robotic Process Automation, app development, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend business processes and anticipated outcomes.
  • Organize and lead discussions to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Prepare documentation for AS-IS and TO-BE process designs.
  • Assist in defining test scenarios and work with developers to ensure thorough testing.
  • Contribute to project planning and monitoring progress, proposing responses to mitigate potential risks or delays.
  • Prepare business cases as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/RPA technology and industry best practices.
  • Identify automation opportunities and propose continuous improvement to existing processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Business Systems, or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution design and project management of automation projects, with AI experience being an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of Finance processes and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies in Robotics and AI, as well as the capabilities of each technology tool.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft offerings and UiPath, a distinct advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, manage change, and meet tight deadlines.
