Our team works closely with authorities, external agencies, consultants, vendors, and CAG stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of our facilities at Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
  • Oversee contractors to ensure prompt rectification of defects and minimize operational delays.
  • Prepare specifications for necessary work and publish them in SESAMi to secure competitive quotes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity of facilities management.
  • Digital transformation of existing processes through technology like robotics, AI/ML, and automation.
  • Consolidate issues and share learning experiences with team members to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building and facilities management.
  • Good stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
