Job Title: IT System Senior Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT System Senior Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending industry solutions to support the airport's operations transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of airport operations and the ecosystem at Changi Airport.
  • Work with vendors, technology partners, and other stakeholders to strategize, develop, manage, and deploy airport IT initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators and work with internal technical teams and vendors to track and monitor them.
  • Perform project and operation management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and industry, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and articulating potential impacts to the airport.

Requirements:

  • An accredited degree in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Self-starter with an analytical and curious mindset, motivated to improve the lives of stakeholders and passengers.
  • Good communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively describe and demonstrate proposed solutions to internal and external parties.
  • Preferable with 2-3 years of working experience in the IT industry, with software development and project management experience.
