Cybersecurity Expert

About the Role:

Your role is crucial in safeguarding Changi Airport's systems, infrastructure, and digital assets from cyber threats and data breaches. Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Applying security controls based on industry best practices, security standards, and guidelines.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participating in internal audits and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of security controls.

Responsibilities:

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing the cybersecurity aspects of design proposals for various systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Sourcing and managing external service providers for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Applying security measures to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Integrating secure development practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinating incident response and recovery efforts to minimize the impact of cyber threats.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A good degree in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferably, candidates with CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent professional certifications.
• A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in preparing tender specifications for vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in security tools, logs extraction methods, and technologies.
