Senior Manager, Strategic Growth and Business Development Lead

**Job Overview:**
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Growth and Business Development Lead at Changi Airport Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy for iShopChangi's Beauty, Wellness, and Fashion Categories.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to develop and execute sales plans, optimize sales & revenue performance, and devise marketing & communications strategies.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, operations teams, and tech teams, to achieve business objectives.
- Support the Business Head in developing mid-term strategic growth plans, leading cross-disciplinary taskforces, and trialing new business development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, gather intelligence, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
**Requirements:**
- Degree Holder with at least 10 – 15 years of mixed experience in Business Development, Retail Management / Merchandising & eCommerce, preferably in Beauty.
- P&L Management Experience is essential.
- Strong commercial and relationship management abilities, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record of driving business growth, with a strong understanding of the eCommerce space.
**Salary:** SGD 200,000 - SGD 300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
