Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation team. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of autonomous systems across airside and terminal buildings, ensuring seamless integration with existing operational processes.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of business acumen, technological aptitude, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate strategies, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and deliver results-oriented presentations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for autonomous vehicle deployment and robotics adoption.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology integration.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish relationships with external partners and vendors to secure resources and expertise.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of deploying autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and deliver presentations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record of driving innovation and change.
- Experience in the aviation sector or prior experience in autonomous vehicles would be advantageous.
At Changi Airport Group, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- SGD $120,000 - SGD $150,000 per annum.
