We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Support team as a Technical Support Representative - Financial Markets. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients, ensuring fast and effective management of various client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and setup of Bloomberg software, licenses, and logins, configuration of proprietary hardware, and other technical support for our mobile and desktop applications. They will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues while maintaining effective communication and adherence to company standards.

This is an entry-level role that requires a Bachelor's degree and up to 2 years of full-time work experience. The ideal candidate will have business proficiency and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, excellent customer service skills, and a demonstrated interest in financial markets or technology.
