At SpotMe, we're revolutionizing the way businesses connect with their audience through innovative event management solutions. As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and their attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of onsite, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Travel to event destinations worldwide, providing assistance to participants and setting up live interactivity.
  • Collaborate with clients and the AV team to set up and rehearse onsite events.
  • Facilitate engagement activities and act as the primary point of contact with clients onsite.
  • Update content to the app while onsite.
  • Schedule and deliver speaker briefing sessions, participate in project kick-off and reviews, and run speaker green rooms during live sessions.
  • Utilize our powerful Backstage CMS to tailor-make client apps and ensure an exceptional participant experience.
  • Monitor the platform and report on event metrics.
  • Manage and deliver small-scale projects.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in event management, including stage management, speaker coordination, or other relevant roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in onsite event management or coordination.
  • A modern computer with Google Chrome and MS Office, as well as a stable internet connection and a mobile device with 4G/5G capabilities.
  • Eligibility to travel internationally, a clean basic background check, and a valid passport.
  • Fluency in English and registration as a sole trader, self-employed, or owner and employee of your company in France, Germany, or Singapore.
