Front Office Operations Manager
The Front Office Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of the front office team at Capella Singapore. This role ensures seamless guest arrivals, departures, and services in accordance with the hotel’s service standards and operating procedures. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operations plans, monitoring room inventory, and collaborating with other departments to cater to guests’ special requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily operations plans for the front office team
- Monitor room inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to address guests’ special requests
- Implement operating procedures and service standards for front office operations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to review key information and updates
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role for front office operations
- Excellent knowledge of hotel reception procedures
- Ability to work in a pressured environment and maintain high standards
