Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain office systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  2. Provide exceptional support to the team by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  3. Develop and implement effective procedures for managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  4. Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate tenancy agreements and documents.
  5. Reconcile audited sales reports and prepare GTO billing.
  6. Compile ACG reports and other general administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
