Job Overview:

  • A project manager role in residential architecture is available for an experienced architect who can oversee projects from design to construction completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage projects efficiently, the successful candidate must have experience in the landed housing/residential architecture industry with 2-5 years of work history.
  • The candidate must be well-versed in local building codes and regulations, as well as skilled in CAD programs such as Autocad, Sketchup, and Twinmotion.
  • They must also be able to collaborate with various stakeholders, guide team members, and execute company direction independently.
  • Other responsibilities may include executing tender documentation, contract/project management, authorities liaising, and submissions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Architecture degree or diploma recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.
  • Experience in running a project from design stage through to construction completion.
  • Ability to work well in a team or individually as needed.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, construction, BIM, Revit, MASSIVE, and AutoCAD are essential.
