Job Title: Technical Resident Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Resident Officer to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural and C&S works for staff housing blocks. This includes ensuring construction compliance with local codes, building control regulations and standards. The role also involves attending site meetings and site walks with developers and consultants as required.

The Technical Resident Officer will assist consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site, monitor project progress schedules and quality standards, and maintain and update site records on project progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in C&S Engineering/Building/Architecture/Architectural Technology and be registered as a Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an RTO on local projects is essential, with experience in supervision of similar residential projects being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate architectural and C&S works for staff housing blocks
  • Ensure construction compliance with local codes, building control regulations and standards
  • Attend site meetings and site walks with developers and consultants

  • Maintain and update site records on project progress
Requirements:
