Architectural Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design projects, and be proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Director in identifying defects and coordinating rectification work.
  • Support the Project Director in managing site coordination tasks, including resolving on-site architectural issues, issuing updated drawings to relevant parties, and liaising with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site inspections based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports as required.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design (ID) projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in using a computer.
  • Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of working independently.
