Job Title: Architectural Assistant - Residential Project

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Assistant to contribute to the completion of residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

You will work closely with senior architects to lead or co-lead project teams, assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion, and produce all drawings and BIM models required by the project.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma/Degree in Architecture and have 1-2 years of experience as an Architectural Assistant.

You will also need to be able to make submissions to authorities, liaise with them on submission matters, and ensure all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted under the supervision of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to project teams in completing projects on time, on budget, and according to client and authority requirements.
  • Lead or co-lead project teams with guidance from senior architects.
  • Assist multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion.
  • Produce all drawings and BIM models required by the project.
  • Make submissions to authorities and liaise with them on submission matters.
  • Ensure all forms, drawings, and BIM models are submitted under the supervision of seniors.
  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Architecture.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience as an Architectural Assistant.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with senior architects and other stakeholders.
  • Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Be able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
