Senior Residential Building Designer

We are seeking a skilled Residential Architect to join our team. As a Residential Architect, you will be working on HDB/Public Residential projects, responsible for conceptualizing and developing design concepts and schematic designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing design concepts and schematic designs
- Conducting feasibility studies and presenting design proposals to clients
- Preparing tender documentation, schedules, and specifications
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree in Architecture, preferably recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore. You should have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant architectural experience, particularly in building (HDB, Residential, Housing) projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations
- Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures
