Residential Building Project Leader

As a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of residential buildings from concept to completion. You will have the opportunity to work with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of residential building projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment and prevent delays.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively address any issues or concerns that may impact project success.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project/site teams to ensure high performance, morale, and job satisfaction.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
- Proven experience managing residential building projects in Singapore.
