Residential Building Project Supervisor

Job Description:

As a Senior Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of residential building projects from start to finish.

  • Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong knowledge of construction procedures, and a proven track record in managing residential building projects.

  • Maintain high standards of quality control and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervising residential building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional construction projects and conversance in statutory codes and requirements.
Project Details:

This position involves working on a residential building project with a duration of approximately 34 months.
