Job Title: Residential Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of residential projects from conception to completion.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes of practice in conformance with local standards and legislations.
  • Manage and communicate with project teams, authorities, and other relevant parties to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare submission reports, specifications, and other necessary documents for approval and application to meet client requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate problems encountered and propose effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
  • Mentor project teams and manage their performance by providing assistance and support whenever necessary.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Experience in high-rise condominium projects would be an advantage.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork ability.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
