Residential Project Coordinator

The role of a Residential Development Manager is a critical position in ensuring the success of residential development projects.
">- Ensure that residential projects adhere to contracts and regulations by conducting thorough site inspections, monitoring progress, and enforcing compliance with safety protocols.
This involves:
- Inspecting materials and workmanship to guarantee high-quality results and identify areas for improvement;
- Preparing detailed progress reports for clients, providing transparent updates on project milestones and timelines;
- Reading and interpreting complex drawings and project details to ensure seamless execution and minimize errors;
- Representing clients' interests on construction sites, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts effectively;
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Residential development;
- Be registered and hold a valid RTO accreditation from the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES or ACES;
- Hold the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC) certificate;
- Familiarity with PPVC Construction, Autocad, and BIM is advantageous, but not essential;
- Excellent knowledge of Technical Detailing and Drawing, as well as Construction Technology, is mandatory;
