Residential Project Coordinator

Office located in the vicinity of Tanjong Pagar or Shenton Way, with a mainly office-based work environment.
Our current project is a Residential Service Apartment, situated just 5 minutes' walk from our office. The working hours are 5 days a week, from 9AM to 6PM.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Commercial / Residential Development Projects, with a degree in Civil Engineering or Real Estate.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or Project / Construction Management;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with a developer in real estate development or construction project management for commercial and residential building development works,
- Familiarity with local development processes and strong understanding of local building laws, approval workflows, and construction standards.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, including initiation, design, approvals, construction, handover, and close-out.
Monitor project milestones and coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, operators, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders across disciplines such as architectural, structural, MEP, cost, and construction to ensure timely progress.
Participate in tendering processes, contract negotiations, progress monitoring, and other related activities.
