With a newly awarded residential building project , they are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead the development from concept to completion .
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of residential building projects .
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery .
- Monitor site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct project meetings, provide progress reports, and proactively address issues or delays.
- Mentor and guide project/site teams to ensure high performance and morale .
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
- Proven experience managing residential building projects in Singapore .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
