Job Title: Residential Building Project Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Building Project Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervision Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish.

  • Monitor site works to guarantee adherence to method statements and work procedures.
  • Conduct quality inspections and quality control checks on materials used in the project.
  • Verify contractors' progress payments and ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
  • Report on project quality and progress to the project Quality Professional/Project Consultants Team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification and at least 4 years of relevant experience in supervising residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all site activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of site personnel to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
