Residential Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Operations Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring shelter operations, providing feedback and updates to senior management on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities include maintaining fidelity to our Model of Care, conducting regular reviews to track changes, and training and aligning new hires with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

You will also be responsible for tracking and reviewing staff portfolios, budget expenditures, and supervising senior youth specialists and youth specialists.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure client welfare and perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Social Work or Psychology.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years in a residential setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, resilience, ability to work in a team, executive functioning skills, supervision skills, administrative skills, and basic counseling and mentoring skills.
