Residential Operations Coordinator

The primary role of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential compound. This includes conducting regular inspections of common areas and resident living spaces, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine inspections of dormitory facilities and residential areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained;
  • Verify work pass status for all residents and prepare monthly reports on check-in and check-out activities;
  • Enforce rules and regulations for the dormitory, including those related to security, safety, and maintenance;
  • Participate in fire drills and emergency response planning with management;
  • Check that essential systems (utilities, CCTV, fire alarm) are operational and report any issues;
  • Manage peak hour crowds at access points and maintain order within the compound;
  • Report resident activities and violations to management;
  • Provide briefings on house rules and regulations to new residents;
  • Assist contractors and vendors with facility maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential operations, facility management, or security;
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work flexible schedules and overtime when required;
  • Awareness: Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding emergency response, safety protocols, and compliance.
