Job Title: Residential Architecture Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design projects, and be proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.

The successful candidate will assist the Project Director in identifying defects and coordinating rectification work. They will also support the Project Director in managing site coordination tasks, including resolving on-site architectural issues, issuing updated drawings to relevant parties, and liaising with consultants and subcontractors.

In addition, the candidate will conduct site inspections based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and regulatory requirements. They will monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports as required.

The role also involves collaborating with project teams to develop designs and construction plans, including architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Private Landed Residential Construction or Interior Design (ID) projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's building codes and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in using a computer.
  • Proficiency in basic software applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
