We are seeking a skilled Residential Design Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design, with a focus on HDB, condo, and landed projects. They will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their needs, and working with our design team to create clear briefs.

  • Meet clients to understand their requirements and lifestyle needs.
  • Work with our design team to translate client needs into clear briefs.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and manage client expectations on scope and budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure works meet design intent and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Ensure timelines and budgets are respected.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Able to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and solution-oriented.
  • Singaporean or PR preferred.
