Job Opportunity: CAD Drafter for Luxury Residential Properties

We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to fill a key role in our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into precise and detailed construction drawings for luxury residential properties.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their high-end projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical drawing and spatial visualization skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate CAD drawings and plans in line with project specifications, building codes, and premium design standards.
  • Translate design concepts into technical drawings for construction implementation of landed properties.
  • Revise and update drawings based on project changes or site feedback.
  • Maintain organized drawing documentation for smooth project workflow.
  • Support material take-offs and specification checks for accuracy.
  • Coordinate drawings with contractors and consultants for seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role in construction projects, preferably with exposure to luxury residential projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting and design software.
  • Strong technical drawing and spatial visualization skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
