Senior Interior Design Lead

We seek a seasoned design professional to lead our interior design team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in luxury high-end residential projects, with a strong background in interior design and excellent client liaison skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts, drive all-rounded design involvement including concept design, space planning, documentation, joinery detailing, and coordination.
  • Present design solutions that include sketches, mood boards, CAD drawings, and models.
  • Work closely with clients to define project briefs, narratives, technical challenges, and develop project plans.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas, narratives, and project development through professional presentations to management, clients, and other key stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, including experience with luxury high-end residential projects.
  • Strong background in interior design and history of interior design.
  • Comprehensive interior design skills to include concept design, space planning, documentation, joinery detailing, and coordination.
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent client liaison skills.
