
Luxury Residential Sales Professional

As a seasoned Luxury Residential Sales Professional, you will be responsible for spearheading high-value residential sales assignments in South Delhi. This role requires expertise in acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNI) clients, as well as executing transaction strategies from prospecting to closing.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver superior client experiences and maintain market intelligence and competitive insights.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 10 years of experience in luxury residential property sales, with extensive knowledge and experience in the South Delhi market. Additionally, they should have a strong background in client servicing and business development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated revenue generation and sales leadership, and a stable career progression with relevant industry experience.
Prior industry backgrounds that are highly valued include luxury real estate firms, premium hospitality and concierge services, private banking and wealth management, and high-value lifestyle or luxury goods sales.
This is a full-time, on-site position with standard business hours and a compensation package commensurate with experience. The required notice period is immediate or up to 30 days. A preference for Industry Professionals Certified (IPC) holders is strongly recommended. Local candidates from Delhi NCR/Gurgaon are highly preferred, and a stable career record is non-negotiable.
