Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Concierge Host to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional service to our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the Residential Concierge Department, providing concierge services to residents of two luxury condominiums in the Nassim/Tanglin area.

The position involves working onsite and may require traveling between the two locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a positive attitude.


Responsibilities
  1. To operate the Residential Concierge Department which provides concierge services to residents of two luxury condominiums in the Nassim/Tanglin area.
  2. Responsible for the entire operations including Breakfast service, all-day refreshments, pool and gym towel replenishment, and a personalized concierge experience by extending various services from other vendors.
  3. Ensure that the tenant's experience is at the forefront of what we do and that all requests are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  4. Liaise with hotel or relevant 3rd party vendors on all services provided/arranged for tenants.
  5. Monitor service and Operation standards in the areas of the Residential Concierge Department.
  6. Be available and on duty, shift work when necessitated.
  7. Participate in the framework to provide Residential Concierge Services.

Requirements

Vocational studies related to Hotel & Tourism Management with at least 1 year experience in front office or guest facing roles, possible combination with studies.

Preference for candidates with guest services experience in an established or luxury/upscale hotel or apartments.

Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill.

Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.

Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
