Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team and work on ultra-luxury residential projects, both locally and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in all stages of design and actively contribute to schematic and design documentation stages.

  • Assist Senior Architects and Design Directors to develop design concepts and proposals.
  • Prepare masterplans, architectural designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
  • Research building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with client consultants, contractors, interior designers, and other vendors.
  • Participate in design reviews, presentations, and client meetings to present and discuss design concepts, progress, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • The right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in architecture (Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior architectural designer roles).
  • Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects.
  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop (Knowledge and experience in AI-related software such as Stable Diffusion and Midjourney is a bonus).
  • Fluent in English.
