**Job Description & Requirements**
- To take a lead role and be the prominent figure in envisaging and steering the architectural design team and the direction of respective projects.
- Design and lead architectural projects creatively and proficiently through all work stages. Team lead or assist the other colleagues in all aspects of architectural design development and management.
- Project Research, Conceptualize Architectural Projects across a broad spectrum of ultra luxury residential private villa and multi-unit project types.
- Plan and develop projects proficiently incorporating an understanding of the project’s location, the Client’s brief and requirements and other consultants concerns.
- Give creative direction to the architectural team assigned to the project.
- Develop documentation of all aspects of the project’s architecture to HBA CAD standards.
- Assist on and work with all other departments of the general design studio as required.
- Liaise attend and record meetings within the company and attend as requested client / project / management meetings necessary to perform duties.
- Ownership of overall project budget and managing sign off on design verses budget.Advise and help Designers and colleagues when help is requested in design clarification, detailing or other.

**Job Requirements**:

- Graduate/Degree in Architecture
- Related abilities required: Be a team player, willing to take instructions from senior management and provide leadership values to your respective project teams. Be presentable for meetings with clients. Attend training classes and develop relevant knowledge skills.
- Proven track record and experience in conceiving and successfully implementing luxury residential and/or hospitality projects.
- A minimum of 15+ years experience in architectural design of luxury projects, with a focus and proven track record in conceiving and construction of private luxury residential villas.
