Job Description

We are seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join our team. As an FF&E Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design concepts of our projects. You will work closely with our interior designers to ensure that FF&E aligns with spatial planning and aesthetics.

Your responsibilities will include developing FF&E concepts, mood boards, and material boards for hospitality projects. You will also source and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories that meet design, functional, and budgetary requirements.

In addition, you will prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and FF&E documentation. You will coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

You will also conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve any design-related issues. Your strong conceptualization and presentation skills will be essential in client presentations and design development discussions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as FF&E Designer in similar industry.
  • A portfolio showcasing your experience in luxury hospitality, luxury / ultra-luxury residential, showflats, F&B projects.
