Job Title: Senior FF&E Designer

 

As a key member of our interior design team, you will work on luxury hospitality projects in Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to interpret client briefs and collaborate with the interior design team to create concepts, sample boards, and presentations for clients.

The successful candidate will perform tasks that include:

  • Preparing, scheduling, and selecting FF&E and artwork items for the project.
  • Developing and preparing material finishes, ironmongery, and sanitary ware specifications.
  • Coordinating FF&E documentation and maintaining budget estimates.
  • Reviewing samples, strike-offs, shop drawings, and materials for compliance with specifications.
  • Participating in project meetings, client presentations, and design reviews.
  • Traveling internationally for project presentations, coordination meetings, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers to develop FF&E solutions.
  • Work closely with architects to ensure seamless integration of FF&E elements.
  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Education background in Design or Product design.
  • 7-8 years of experience in FF&E, preferably from the Hospitality industry.
  • A strong understanding of FF&E materials, suppliers, and industry trends.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
