- Design development and production of FF&E packages for tender and construction.
- Development of design concepts including material palettes, fabrics, and furniture selections.
- Prepare presentation design development drawings, sketch perspectives, elevations, sections, and color boards including 2d renderings.
- Prepare documentation for tendering purposes which will include CAD drawings, FF&E specifications.
- Coordinate with the lighting designer, and other consultants including owners and contractors.
- Site supervision, conduct site inspection, design briefing when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or related discipline
- Preferred minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, in a similar capacity
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of furniture/fabrics/lighting elements, construction materials, details, methods, and standards
- Experience in the hospitality sector would be an advantage
