**Job Title:** FF&E Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and creative professional to deliver high-quality FF&E solutions across all design phases. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing FF&E strategies that meet client needs and expectations.

  • Develop and implement FF&E strategies that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E elements into overall project designs.
  • Source and specify materials, finishes, and furniture that meet project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, documentation, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Review shop drawings from suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Participate in site meetings and inspections to review materials and furniture.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FF&E, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Creativity, artistic flair, and passion for global design trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
