**About this role**:
We are looking for a mid-weight FF&E Designer with strong hospitality and luxury residential project experience join our Singapore office. Our office is located conveniently in CBD area and easily accessible with any public transportation. You would be working in a multicultural office environment full of passionate designers.

**Job Summary**:
Under the direction of the Partner, Project Director or a Senior Designer, the FF&E Designer will work on all phases of the projects including the initial design conception, technical development, execution of assigned project phases and assembly and maintenance of related documents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take the design direction of the Partner, Project Director or a Senior Designer to prepare design presentations. Ensure that format is compatible with HBA and client standards/requirements.
- Develop and execute the design direction for overall project and communicate to the project team.
- Coordinate with Partner, Project Director, Senior Designer, and other FF&E Designers on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members regarding project status.
- Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project along with the project manager.
- Develop and review detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations and sections, electrical details, schedules (finish, plumbing, door, fixture), furniture floor plans, FF&E specifications, materials and finishes to determine compliance in areas of quality, code and design.
- Develop and review furniture installation plans and shop drawings for content and accuracy and ensure that they are fully coordinated with all pertinent consultant drawings.
- Generate FF&E design based on established project criteria, program and budget.
- Develop FF&E and specifications for documentation, review and approve FF&E purchase orders, coordinate final placement of FF&E installation with all parties involved and maintain FF&E budget for all phases of the project interiors.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of FF&Especification minimum standards, informational requirements for specification and computer specification program requirements.
- Provide direction related to furniture and equipment inventories to purchasing expeditor.
- Coordinate with FF&E vendors while working with them to select design elements that are to be specified and establish all required information for documentation.
- Review samples, strike-offs, etc. for compliance with specifications and overall design intent.

**Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality design industry with a focus on FF&E design responsibilities
- MUST have a portfolio of previous project experience in both luxury hospitality, high-end residential and F&B projects.
- Able to show your design flair through a well styled and curated portfolio
- Can work under tight project deadlines
- Fluent in English, it will be an absolute advantage if you can speak more than 1 language
- Able to work independently and also in a team environment
