Job Title: Senior FF&E Manager

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Manager to lead our team in managing FF&E in all design phases (Ph1 to Ph4), from design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specifications and schedules including obtaining material unit cost reference information.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the design team in concept and design development.
  • Responsible for selecting and preparing FF&E presentation of materials and finishes.
  • Coordinate with the design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives and 2D/3D renderings.
  • Ensure that designs are in accordance to contractual and client's agreement.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in overseeing the work & performance of FF&E designers.
  • Coordinate, delegate, give feedback, and mentor subordinates regarding their work.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in FF&E management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit or similar software
