Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of residential building projects, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress, budgets, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct project meetings, provide progress reports, and address issues or delays proactively.
- Mentor and guide project/site teams to ensure high performance and morale.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field.
- Proven experience managing residential building projects in Singapore.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
