Job Title: Residential Project Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our residential project management team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our high-rise residential projects. This includes providing site supervision, managing teams, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Provide site supervision for high-rise residential projects with a minimum of 3 years of experience in this field.


  • 2. Possess good knowledge and experience in Architectural, Civil & structural, and M&E works.


  • 3. Hold the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) and preferably have prior experience in HDB projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to identify and mitigate potential risks.
