Residential Development Project LeadWe are seeking a seasoned construction professional to oversee residential development projects from start to finish. This key role requires strong leadership and communication skills to drive project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce compliance with contracts and regulations, and resolve any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Inspect materials and workmanship to guarantee quality standards are met, ensuring accurate implementation of project drawings and specifications.
  • Perform quality control tests to verify the integrity of materials used in construction and prepare detailed progress reports for clients.
  • Represent client interests on-site and interpret project drawings and specifications to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid RTO accreditation from a reputable institution or association.
  • Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC) certificate and minimum 5 years of experience in residential development, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills, and willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, as required by the project.
  • Familiarity with PPVC Construction, Autocad, and BIM is an advantage.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license and hold a recognized Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university or polytechnic.
