Leading Residential and Commercial Projects

We are seeking an accomplished Project Lead to spearhead our residential condominium, factory, office, and warehouse projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating comprehensive project plans, establishing budgetary frameworks, and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop site facilities plans to ensure adherence to contractual schedules.
- Formulate project budgets, quality assurance protocols, and resource allocation strategies in alignment with business objectives and contractual requirements.
- Lead teams in collaborating with clients and consultants to deliver work scopes that meet required quality and workmanship standards.
- Coordinate with HQ departments regarding project performance metrics, risk management systems, and compliance documentation.
- Brief staff on their specific roles and responsibilities, emphasizing project objectives and company policies.
- Collaborate with the WSHO Officer to establish frameworks ensuring site compliance with statutory requirements.
- Monitor team performance, providing guidance and arranging training programs where necessary.
- Requirements:
- Preferable experience in Residential Condominium, Factory, Office, and Warehouse projects.
- Preferable Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (including construction engineering, construction technology, and materials).
